Publishing

Syncing from the Arc, editing in place, publishing, and the site menu.

The draft stays private while it is edited. Publishing puts it live at the site address, and later edits wait until the next publish.

Sync, edit, and publish

If Sync changes a block that was also edited, the Arc version wins, and Undo under the block brings the edit back.

The site menu

  1. 1.Revert to published: drops every change since the last publish.
  2. 2.Version history: puts an earlier published version back into the draft.
  3. 3.Regenerate: rewrites the site from scratch. Edits are lost.
  4. 4.Switch template: moves to another template. The current one stays saved.
  5. 5.Copy link: copies the site address.
  6. 6.Auto-sync: runs Sync whenever the Arc changes.
  7. 7.URL: changes the site name.
  8. 8.Unpublish: takes the site offline.
