Applications

Applications holds every saved and applied role in one list. A role lands here from Matches through Save for later or a Yes on the apply question, and from the stage on its job page.

The list

Each row shows the role, the company, the stage and when the stage last changed. The row changed most recently sits at the top. Clicking a row opens the job page, with a back link to Applications.

Updating an application

A removed role can show up in Matches again.

Search and filter

The search icon opens a search over role titles and companies. Filter narrows the list by Stage, and more than one stage can be picked at once. The chip under the toolbar shows the active filter, and its cross clears it.

Jobs added by an agent

A connected agent can add a job it found elsewhere. The row carries a small bot mark, and its tooltip reads Added by agent. These jobs take the same stages and can be removed the same way. Their job page shows the stage, the posting link and any notes the agent left.
