Review

Review on the Sessions page holds everything waiting on an admin: hours to settle, interviews to assign, and mentors to pay. Finance sees only Payouts.

Attention

A student who ran out of hours shows under Attention. The row opens their page, where Adjust adds hours.

Settling hours

A session a mentor completed or logged waits under To settle. Approval charges the student's plan and credits the mentor's unpaid balance.

Sessions with something to check wait under Worth a look, each with the reason: hours longer than the Meet call or the booking, hours well above what the mentor usually logs, or a topic that reads like another session type or internal work. Approve N leaves them out.

Disputing hours

Edit hours approves with a corrected number and a note. Sessions logged without a booking wait under Self-reported.

Approval history

History next to To settle lists approved sessions. Opening one offers Undo approval, which sends the hours back to To settle.

Assigning interview prep

Paying a mentor

The Pay dialog shows where to send the money and what the hours are for. Rate and payment details are set on the mentor's page in Members.

Exporting

Export next to Payouts downloads CSV files. New approvalsgives the sessions approved since that person's last export, and By month gives sessions or payments for one month.

Undoing a payout

A payment, bonus or charge can be undone from the toast right after, or later from History next to Payouts.
