Students

Students lists everyone assigned to the mentor. Opening a student shows what matters before and between sessions: activity, sessions, tasks, the Arc, resumes, jobs and network.

The list

Search by name or email. Sort by name, date joined or last active, and the value on each row follows the sort. Trial marks a trial student.

Summary

Five tiles follow the All, 30d or 7d range: sessions held, tasks done, jobs by stage, contacts engaged out of all contacts, and active days. The sixth, hours used with what remains on the plan, always counts all time. The heatmap shows tasks completed per day.

Sessions

This tab shows the Sessions page filtered to this student, with the session type in each title. Everything in Scheduling and Completing works here too.

Tasks

Assigncreates a task with a title, optional details and steps, a due date, and whether it needs a file as proof. The task appears on the student's Home and counts in the summary once done. Opening a row edits or removes the task.

Arc

The student's Record: education, experience, projects, publications and skills.

Resumes

Every resume the student generated appears here, with its target role and last change.

Jobs

Every job the student tracks appears with its stage: New, Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected or Closed. Opening a row shows the match summary, company and location.

Network

Every contact appears with its stage, from New through Outreach, Meeting and Post-meeting. Opening a row shows the contact.
