Job page
The property header, the skills and experience that match, and people at the company.
The job page opens from a row in Matches or Applications. It reads top to bottom: the role, what it asks for, what on the Arc fits it, and who to talk to at the company.
The header
Under the title sit the company, the place and the pay, then the program type, when it was posted and when it closes. The rows below hold the Stage, the Apply link, the Sponsorship label and any Requires lines.
A Requires line names something the Arc does not meet, such as a degree, years of experience, a security clearance or visa sponsorship. The menu at the top right offers Not interested for a role outside Applications and Remove from applications for one inside it.
Skills and experience
Skills lists what the posting requires, with a check and bold type on each skill already on the Arc, then the skills that are nice to have. The next section pairs up to two lines from the Arc with the part of the posting each one answers.
People at the company
When nobody has been found yet, or the last search is old, Find people or Find more people searches the company. Each search uses lookups from the monthly allowance, and the line beside the button shows how many are left. Explore shows the same people across every company in Jobs.
Responsibilities and the posting
The responsibilities section lists the first five duties from the posting, and Show all opens the rest. Full posting at the bottom opens the original text behind a chevron. When Olva has no details for a posting, the page links to it on the company site.
Jobs added by an agent
A job a connected agent added has a shorter page: the title, the company and place, Added by agent, then Stage, Posting and any Notes the agent left.
