Explore suggests people to meet at the companies behind Jobs. Companies with a saved or applied job come first, furthest along first, then the top companies from Matches. Each company shows why it is listed: Offer, Interviewing, Applied, Saved job or Top job match.
Who shows up
Each company lists up to four people, ranked by fit with the Arc. The right column says why them: a Former colleague or Alumni tie first, then the role, such as Likely hiring manager, Recruiter, Campus recruiter or the team they work on. The link under a company opens everyone found there.
The People filter keeps Alumni, Former colleagues, Recruiters or Team members.
Adding people
The list icon beside a company name picks everyone shown there at once. People without a LinkedIn profile are skipped, and the message says how many.
Previewing a person
Finding more people
A company with nobody found yet shows Find people. The search checks who works there now, reads their profiles and ranks them by fit. Each search spends lookups from a monthly allowance, and the tooltip on the first such company shows how many are left.
With no saved or applied jobs and no ranked matches, Explore is empty and points to Jobs.
